Just replaced stock exhaust with this DG on my 2004 TTR250. Super easy to remove old and replace. I needed a different bolt for the front bracket - the original was too big and the one that comes with the order is too long. Other than that, clean everything and install in a few minutes. Of note, I found the DG to be a bit louder than expected. I am pleased though.
