After conducting research and seeing this item listed on other websites for at least 50% more, I came to my favorite shopping website, Amazon to find it. Well, this trailer receiver hitch is amazing as can be and even though I make hundreds of Amazon orders, I rarely leave feedback. I purchased this hitch for my 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and it arrived in 1 day via the Prime shipping without having to pay for the one-day shipping. Anyways, there are videos that show this unit needing to have a 2x4 to get leverage to align one of the holes. I am not sure if the design was changed or what but I didn't have to do this. The rear holes were of a slot so you could move the hitch left or right during the install so you wouldn't have to get leverage. This took less than 15 minutes to install and get into place. Am truly happy not only about the quality but the price was just fantastic. Couldn't be happier. A+
