We purchased 2 of these units for riding. The communication and sound from my phone is amazing! The intercom function has some white noise, but it is clear and loud enough to still communicate. The only downfall I found was that my phone (Droid) can not connect to both units to listen to music so only 1 rider can listen to the music from a phone at a time. But other than that (which is really a phone glitch) we love them and used them for almost 8 hours straight yesterday on a ride. The batteries truly have a 10 hour talk time! I am impressed!
