I must have looked at a hundered different helmets before settling on this one. I decided to go with a full face helmet (not a modular) after doing research on crash statistics. Seems like 75% of documented impacts is to the face/jaw area, so if you are wearing a half helmet or 3qtr you might as well not wear one at all. PS. I ride an 1100 Honda Shadow cruiser, so don't feel like you half to wear a half to look right, because I look damn sexy.

Now on to the helmet:

1. Fits great - make sure if you are ordering online you do a proper head measurement for the size. Don't go "big" for extra comfort, because the padding wears down and also when you are doing 90 the wind will make it bounce around on your head, so go for a nice tight fit. 2. Clear visor works great, is easy to clean with water or windex and a paper towel

3. Quick release chin strap, clicks in so you dont have to thread it or pull on anything.

4. LOTS of ventalation

5. My most favorite: it has an internal dark visor that pops up and down on demand with a click of a button on the left underside of the helmet. So when you come over the crest of a hill after being in the dark and the sun is blazing, you just hit a button and now you are wearing shades. You never have to worry about having sunglasses with you when you ride.

6. Comes with optional reflective stickers - very high visibility.

7. Padding is removable and washable.

8. Has a cool "pump" system (kind of like the old reebok pumps), but it seems the inflation is only aroung the jaw area, but its still a cool feature.
