Shipped on time, was packaged well.

A nice upgrade from the stock "AM/FM" radio that came with my truck. Had a couple of options, but this is the only one that maintained the OEM look and included the "Aux Input" (a very nice addition). I've yet to see an after market radio that actually looks like it belongs in a vehicle. Even in the dark when you can't even see it, it lights up with that "ford green" color that everything else does.

There were a couple of minor blemishes on the left side of the front of the unit possible pry marks of some kind -- but nothing unexpected from a product advertised as refurbished.

Old one came out, two cables got disconnected, attached them to the "new" radio, and it went right in. Whole process took less than five minutes. Note: you will need a special "Ford radio removal tool" that was not included (they didn't say it was -- but did say it would be necessary). It was in stock at my local parts store. Can't say what your ability is, but I installed it in the parts store parking lot and drove away listening to my MP3 player.
