this is a great and powerful little radio. RX audio quality is great. im told my TX audio is very clear. memory bank option is great for traveling and programming different area repeaters to different banks. frequencr range scan is useful for searching for active freq's in the 2m band. auto active freq save and CTCSS search are great. operators manual in very thorough and easy to understand.

something that is not in the manual, if you do a full factory reset and your display shows "B0001" or something along those lines, power off the radio, hold down the set/MHz button and power on. the display should return to frequency mode.
