I installed this on my 2004 F-150 4x4 XLT (new body style) a few weeks ago. If you can replace brake pads then you can do this installation no problem. I don't know if its just in my mind but the truck feels like it drives smoother now. Quick shipping, and packaging did appear to be new in box. Only reason not eating 5 stars is there was no new dust cap included. Little part but looks kind of odd having a new hub with a rust colored dust cap (yes wheels do cover this up).
