This fuel pump was DOA. After it was installed, it didn't occur to think that the BRAND NEW fuel pump was still the reason the car wouldn't turn over. It wasn't until after working on the vehicle (on & off for weeks) trying to troubleshoot, that I was able to come full circle back to the fuel pump.

The way I was finally able to verify it was the fuel pump, was by bypassing the vehicle's electrical system and powering the fuel pump directly. I did this by running wires from the car battery directly to the fuel pump - NO POWER. I went and bought a different brand fuel pump from a local store, when I got back I did the exact same test - POWER to that one no problem. Installed the new view pump, and the truck starts no problem.

So now it's outside 30 days, also since it was installed in the gas tank - I get to eat the purchase price. Don't buy airtex unless you want to throw time & money in the toilet!!!
