I just came back from a 4,000 mile ride where I wore these every day. Did not have a chance to test the waterproof aspects. However, I can say that, as I have seen with other boots. the weld of the soles to the boot have started to fall apart. The latches did not consistently hold, and flicked open several times. They have done what they are supposed to, but not very well. I would not buy again
