I was a little worried about these actually fitting and throwing the proper light, even after all the research I was in doubt because you can always find some opinion that rakes a non-oem product over the coals. I paid the local Mercedes dealer's body shop to install these, for my car (MB E320 2000) using their MB labor rates to install 2 headlights they charged just under $145. (I personally thought it was inexpensive) They had to drop the front bumper cover to install the lights, that's why I didn't want to mess with it, I figured if I broke 1 clip I'd be into it for more costs and then might end up at a body shop to get it done properly. I was concerned the body shop would call during installation and tell me they ran into trouble, they never had a problem installing and aiming the lights. What a deal, the car looks fantastic, - like new, the lights shine like jewels and the lighting provides good coverage - much better than the fogged lights I replaced. Very happy with the purchase . . . wish I hadn't waited so long. It's my wife's car, so I'm kind of a hero for a few days.
