Easy to install (Google the part number and your year and model of car and you'll find video instructions), rugged and well built. It took me only about 30 minutes to put in from start to finish (excluding an issue with a bad part being shipped to me which I detail below). This is a class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver, meaning that it can haul more than my car can (keep in mind the limits of your car before towing anything, just because this is rated at 3,000 pounds doesn't mean your 4 cylinder can match it). You'll likely want to buy the wiring kit for this as well, its easy to find what you need from the Draw-Tite website. Amazon does a decent job matching up parts to car, but they missed this one for my CR-V so I've been using the manufacturer specs/recommendations to verify. As a side note, there is a class II hitch that is made by Draw-Tite that would have also fit my car but ends up being a bit trickier to install (again, Google it and watch the videos before ordering to make sure you can handle it) and so I chose the class III instead. Also, this is just the hitch, you'll need to buy all the other towing parts separately.

Note, a quick word of caution. This thing is shipped horribly! No box, not packing, nothing. They slap the stickers right on the metal and away she goes. This resulted in the first one sent to me having a bent flange (which meant I spent a lot of time under my car before I realized the problem was with the part and not me). Also, the stickers on the product are almost impossible to get off, its not a big deal and certainly doesn't impact the function but it does bother obsessive people such as myself. This still gets 5 stars as this is a problem for Amazon/UPS not for Draw-Tite.
