The brake pads and rotors that came off the 2003 GS300 were both in very good shape and thickness. The problem was that the previous mechanic decided to put some sort of greenish colored racing pads that glazed and overheated (darked the entire surface of) both rotors thereby making them slick. The brake pedal did not feel spongy but a large amount of foot pressure was required to get the car to stop.

While on the way to a stretch of road to bed-in the Power Stop pads and rotors the brakes felt very strong although I was lightly using them till I started the bed-in process. During the bedding-in procedure it pulled just a little but went away as the process continued. Have driven over 500 plus miles and they are working exceptionally well besides being a huge difference from the set removed. The Power Stop feels better than the OE also so will definitely use them on future brake jobs on other cars.
