Pace Setter 70-1182 Black Exhaust Header Review

Overall, the Pacesetter Header was a great product. The header fit perfectly to the existing exhaust system. I ordered the black painted header only because it was significantly cheaper. I did, however, sand blast the header and painted it with hi-temp manifold paint. The only issue that I experienced with the header kit was the gaskets. I would not recommend using some of the kit gaskets. Some of the gaskets do not fit properly and do not create a good seal. I purchased all the gaskets that I needed from my local auto store for a minimal cost. I also purchased all the appropriate nuts and bolts because the existing were too far gone with rust. After I had everything in place, I installed the header kit with ease. With the header installed, I have noticed a slight increase in power, but I have not noticed any better fuel efficiency. The quality of the product was great and can be easily installed by even the novice of mechanics.

Reese Towpower 33050 33 Series Class III/IV 2" Round Tube Professional Receiver with Hitch Plug Cover Review

I installed this hitch on a 1999.5 (newer body model) pathfinder. Installation was relatively easy, although it is a very tight fit against the frame so it took a little while to get all the holes lined up - would have been much easier with 2 people. The other issue was with the spare tire - I do have over sized tires, so it may not be an issue in your case. After putting the spare tire back up the hitch presses firmly against the tire. There is about 1/4 - 1/2 inch of space between the spare tire and Panhard rod by the rear axle. I was a bit concerned that it was so close to the rod, but the spare is so snug that I couldn't budge it the slightest after it was back in place so I don't think it will be an issue.

After using the hitch with a load on it I'll double check the tire and make sure it isn't pressing against the panhard rod - if it does I'll update this review.

Other than those two slight issues the hitch appears to be good quality and am overall pleased with the purchase.

As a side note (and yes I did leave packaging feedback) the hitch had torn a hole in the over sized box, and the hardware, which fortunately is in a bag, was sitting outside of the box - the UPS guy just rang and ran so didn't have a chance to inspect it before he took off, but luckily there were no visible scratches, etc...
