I have a 2010 Silverado WT and put these on to aid my pregnant wife with ingress and egress. The instructions are a joke but anyone with half a brain can figure it out. The three body bolts on each side must be removed and then reinstalled with smittybuilt plates to attach the Side bars. I am 350lbs and pretty strong and it took a lot of strength to remove the body bolts due to the factory lock-tite they use. Smittybuilt saids you can't use air ratchets or impact drivers b/c it may damage the bolts. I highly doubt this since dealers and 4wd retailers are installing these. I doubt they are installing these with hand ratchets. But, All in all it is a great product. It supports my Fat a@# so it should support anyone.

Works well but it has 1 problem as you can see in the video (battery holder pops out exposing the rubber o-ring)This is not waterproof because of this. The springs that contact the 9v battery terminals are strong enough to pop the cover out. Also has one poor design issue. (buttons need to pushed so hard I am afraid it will damage the display) I thought I actually received a dead meter upon arrival but the buttons need to be pressed extremely hard. UPDATE....May 6 I emailed Extech directly and on the 7th I received a response from Scott in sales. He said They were shipping me a new exact replacement ASAP and were going to test it before shipment, all free of charge including shipping. Now that's service and dedication!

Rugged Ridge 17750.05 Polished Aluminum Cold Air Intake for 91-95 Wrangler YJ 2.5L Engine Review

I just installed the intake. It took about 3 hours. I have a 93' YJ and the hardest part was installing the heat shield because it requires you to move the power steering reservoir by install a longer hose (which was provided and in the directions). My stock hose was stubborn and I spent most of my time getting that thing off.

The rest of the install was a breeze.

I took my jeep out and immediately saw a difference in power. It sounds good, feels good, and I'm hoping I can save a few dollars at the gas pump too.
