This is my 3rd bike, a '06 Suzuki Boulevard C90T. And this is the best tires that I ever use. They don't slip no matter the water or sand, my tire was completely worn but no bumps, cracks. Cortech Latigo WP Men's Street Motorcycle Boots - Black / Size 13 Review

I do a lot of touring and needed something that had lateral support and as much protection as possible...not to mention waterproof. Asking a lot? Yes, when it comes to safety shortcuts cost more than money.

Good:
These prevent your ankles from rolling left or right in case something does happen
They protect your shins, the side of your ankles and your heels
Waterproof...tested this and it's true
Included in the design is a part to help prevent wearing out your boots while shifting(there IS a special word for that)...does not slip when wet
Slip resistant sole, very solid which will help it NOT wear out as fast
Comfortable while riding

Bad:
I have not seen these in wide sizes
Make sure you know your EURO size (for any motorcycle boots, not just these)
Not extremely flexible (these are NOT sneakers)...this is a GREAT thing in the event of an accident

TIP:
1) Wear them around the house for about an hour at a time ...this helps in breaking them in
2) If to tight near the toe area adjust the screws on the toe slider...it helped me A LOT !!!

NOTE
These are not hiking boots, don't get me wrong after they are broken in they ARE comfortable...but I would not recommend trying long hikes in them

I have purposefully not used "sales" type words, I just wanted to let people know that these are great boots for the price in normal terms. If you want to get something that is safer expect to spend around twice as much (at least).

I would recommend these to anybody I know that rides a motorcycle (especially sports bikes/ sport touring)

I just had these installed and I'm so happy with them. I wanted to install them myself but couldn't figure out how to get into my seats to pull the wires. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with cloth interior so no access panels. I don't have the problem with them fitting loose and making noises at all, as mentioned in a previous review. I do agree they seem a little big, but I've only had them installed about 1 week and I'm already used to their appearance. The notches in the posts aren't deep enough, so the headrest doesn't really lock into place, they slide up and down without having to press the release buttons (not really a big deal to me since they fit snug enough you still have to exert some force to move them). I had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the IR for wireless headphone and the FM modulator option, but eventually got that problem solved with the help of Audiosavings (thanks for the help guys!). My kids 2-1/2 and 7-1/2 really like this system and I am so excited to not have the cords and wires draped around like i had with the strap on type dvd system I had before, (although they are much cheaper). The only thing I wish these had is a tilt screen which is an option in a different brand I was considering (Power Acoustik), but they cost almost twice as much as these. Not quite worth it to me. Overall I really don't think you can go wrong with these unless you have a very small car.
